TWO WAYS TO HOST ON-SITE DETAILING

COMPANY-PAID DETAIL DAYS

Your company covers the cost of interior detailing for participating employees. You choose which detailing packages to offer and how many vehicles you'd like us to service. No employee sign-up forms are needed because your company is committing to the agreed number of vehicles.

Here's how it works:

CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGES - Decide which packages to offer and how many vehicles you'd like detailed.
CHOOSE A DATE - We'll coordinate with you to schedule the event and confirm the details. We'll also confirm a point of contact who can help in coordinating keys to let employees know when it's their turn for their detail.
WE DETAIL ON-SITE - We arrive at your workplace and detail the agreed-upon number of vehicles.
WE INVOICE - Once all of the vehicles are finished, we'll send your company an invoice and work with you on whatever billing method works best. That's it!
*If scheduled for multiple days, an invoice will be sent after the work has been completed, each day.

With this option, employees choose and pay for their own detailing packages at the discounted rates offered through your company. A minimum of 3 confirmed vehicle bookings is required to schedule an event.

Because we need to confirm that enough employees want to participate before scheduling an event, employees will need to fill out a sign-up form ahead of time. We'll provide an email template that you can use and the link to that form.

Here's how it works:

ANNOUNCE ON-SITE DETAIL DAY & SHARE FORM - We'll provide a form for employees to enter their vehicle details and select their preferred package.
CONFIRM PARTICIPATION - We'll review the sign-ups and confirm that at least three employees have booked before finalizing the event.
CHOOSE A DATE - You’ll choose a date or a number of dates for the event, depending on how many vehicles are signed up. We'll also confirm a point of contact who can help in coordinating keys to let employees know when it's their turn for their detail.
WE DETAIL ON-SITE - We arrive at your workplace and work through the confirmed bookings. Employees will be invoiced based on the vehicle details and package selections they provided on the sign-up form.
